Refreshing acidity and structured finish. Pressed to older seasoned small format oak where it was matured for 6 months prior to bottling. No fining, minimal filtration.

RM218Fruit from three bush vine sites, including 80 year old fruit from Blewitt Springs. 25% whole bunch, open ferment. This is Grenache getting lifted and luscious, with plenty of red fruit character and a structured finish.

Sherrah Red et Al. Grenache/Shiraz/Nero
RM218Nero d’Avola usurping the Mourvedre. Raspberry, blackberry and plum but fresh palate. Full bodied, it’s juicy and bright, with some gritty tannin to finish. The Nero works wonderfully here – it’s a great blend.

RM218This wine’s tasting notes are leaning towards full bodied, low sweetness, with medium acidity, some fruitiness, medium tannins, high alcohol and some oak.
