RM0Fruit from three bush vine sites, including 80 year old fruit from Blewitt Springs. 25% whole bunch, open ferment. This is Grenache getting lifted and luscious, with plenty of red fruit character and a structured finish.

Red Et Al
RM0Nero d’Avola usurping the Mourvedre. Raspberry, blackberry and plum but fresh palate. Full bodied, it’s juicy and bright, with some gritty tannin to finish. The Nero works wonderfully here – it’s a great blend.

Sherrah Nero D’avola
RM0Single vineyard, hand-picked, small batch, whole berry, open ferment following a cold soak. Beautiful fresh and bright red berried fruit, with a complex mix of dried herb and spice. Refreshing acidity and structured finish. Pressed to older seasoned small format oak where it was matured for 6 months prior to bottling. No fining, minimal filtration.

RM0This wine’s tasting notes are leaning towards full bodied, low sweetness, with medium acidity, some fruitiness, medium tannins, high alcohol and some oak.
