Refreshing acidity and structured finish. Pressed to older seasoned small format oak where it was matured for 6 months prior to bottling. No fining, minimal filtration.

    Nero d’Avola usurping the Mourvedre. Raspberry, blackberry and plum but fresh palate. Full bodied, it’s juicy and bright, with some gritty tannin to finish. The Nero works wonderfully here – it’s a great blend.
